Add --keyring argument to hkt invocation

It seems the hkt invocation in our KeyGeneration documentation is not up-to-date anymore:

Missing: --keyring FILE

Not sure when this changed, but I guess we should update the instruction pointing to the pubring.gpg file, too.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
