Make sure libmdns is Android only and disabled for Orfox

This is a spin-off of legacy/trac#18546 (moved). We should make sure that /netwerk/dns/mdns/libmdns is no risk for Tor Browser/Orfox.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
