Make the Tor archive on OS X reproducible as well

While doing legacy/trac#18845 (moved) and legacy/trac#18291 (moved) it seems we have forgotten the Tor archive on OS X.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
