The 'tor-browser' part from the mar filenames is hardcoded in update_responses

'tor-browser' is hard-coded in different places in the udpate_responses script. To make it possible to use it for tor-messenger too without modification, we should move this to an option in the config file.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
