meek-amazon has a new CDN infrastructure:

Note that this CDN endpoint is different than the one that was discussed
on the tor-project mailing list (d2cly7j4zqgua7 rather than
d183ohpl22nq2f). This is because we decided to keep using the same
bridge, for now at least.
