In Tor Browser built with rbm the file TorBrowser/Tor/libstdc++.so.6 is not RELRO
In Tor Browser built with rbm, all binaries are RELRO, except TorBrowser/Tor/libstdc++.so.6.
We should use the hardening wrappers when building gcc to fix that.
