Clean up our mozconfig-osx-x86_64 file
We should clean up the mozconfig-osx-x86_64 file we ship. E.g. 1184202 should be sufficiently resolved now to remove our workaround. Or exporting LD_LIBRARY_PATH should use TOOLCHAIN_DIR as well.
