Strange URL present in Tor Browser

Hello, I have downloaded the latest Tor Browser. When I open up the browser and type "S" into the URL bar I am shown the following option as a URL to visit in the immediate dropdown:

I've never visited this strange URL before and don't know why it's showing up in my browser. Please investigate.
