Set MAR_OLD_FORMAT=1 in dmg2mar
In legacy/trac#26362 (moved) we set MAR_OLD_FORMAT=1 in the Makefile on the parts where we generate incrementals. However we forgot to add it on the part where we convert the dmg to mar files.
