2018 "Monthly Giving" Tor Browser banner

Our fundraising team is proposing a browser banner for September 2018 encouraging monthly donors. We'll need text and a design very soon to get it ready for the September 4 release. This ticket is to review copy, design and code.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
