Clean-up about:preferences#privacy

The location option on the about:preferences#privacy pane is confusing to users. We should probably hide it and look over remaining items that should be hidden. See: https://blog.torproject.org/comment/277013#comment-277013 for a report on our blog.

@donuts @felicia: someone published some mockups on Reddit.

The thread references this article in German (which seems to be an unofficial site that covers Mozilla-related only news in German, but I opened it with the translator, as I'm not a German speaker).

However, the article also links this repository, which seems to be an official thing of the Moz UX team, even though it's made with very fancy and new technologies, so I guess it's for demoing purposes.

Thanks for the links! This update does seem to be official considering the repository, and it's a great improvement in many ways, including findability.
