Desktop folder seems to be more and more read-only on Windows 10 preventing Tor Browser from working
We have reports from users that basic functionality like starting Tor Browser or saving bookmarks is not working more on some Windows 10 systems. Given that moving the bundle to different locations often solves this problem We should investigate that closer and think about potential workarounds if Desktop is indeed not a good place anymore to put our bundles, because Windows is e.g. locking down more and more places into read-only mode (see: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-enable-controlled-folder-access-windows-10-fall-creators-update).
