Cannot upload images to Twitter
When composing a tweet and attaching an image, the image does not appear. Otherwise, Twitter behaves as if the image has been uploaded and allows adding alt-text, for example.
The same thing also happens when trying to change a profile image. The image uploads but appears blank.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
