Tor Browser on Android based on 60.9.0 is crashing on every launch

It might be related to the issue tackled in legacy/trac#31140 (moved) or just another issue that the previous one hid. At any rate users are reporting app crashes on every launch even though the fix for legacy/trac#31140 (moved) shipped.
