Cleanup extensions.* prefs

There are several extensions.* prefs that are not needed anymore, such as extensions.enabledAddons, extensions.enabledItems or extensions.legacy.exceptions. We should take a look and remove the ones we do not need anymore.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
