Update new icons in Tor Browser branding

Some new icons (default22.png/default24.png) were added in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1570397. Even though these don't seem to be used currently, we should update our branding patch to also include these.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
