remove product version and update channel portions of #13379 mar tool patch

In tor-browser-build#40026 (comment 2694584), gk pointed out that we should remove the portion of the #13379 (closed) mar tool patch that overrides the product version and update channel.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
