I think this page appears only when you disable PBM.

So, +1 for a redirect, just to prevent issues from users telling «I've disabled PBM and I didn't expect a "page not found" error».

about:privatebrowsing: argh. Redirecting to the homepage (whenever pbm is enabled by default? We could replace the page when PBM is disabled, and add a giant warning for users, telling them they should enable PBM for the complete protection).
