AV1 playback doesn't work on Windows

Hi I noticed AV1 does not work with tor browser on Windows 10 x64, I tried it on Linux and it works fine. Site I tested on with 10.0.9 Tor Browser default settings - https://demo.bitmovin.com/public/firefox/av1/ see console error log attached.

might be telling that I got a NoScript message whereas you didn't?

@thorin This is strange, I tried it on Windows 7 and it worked but on two Windows 10 builds I tried (1909, 1809) it did not work.
Does anyone mind attempting to reproduce this on Windows 10?

Thanks for reporting this, I can indeed reproduce on a Windows 10 VM.

This may be similar to #40140 (closed), so I'll try to test on a Firefox 78 ESR build with mingw-w64-clang.
