Nightly from 07/10 is not starting anymore correctly

With the update onto the nightly from 07/10 I am stuck on the about:torconnect page. The browser is sitting there with

I confirmed this is happening as well with a clean en-US nightly build. Starting with export TOR_USE_LEGACY_LAUNCHER=1` works fine. I am pretty sure as well that the nightly from the previous day worked (but I have not double-checked that)-
