Tor circuit not shown after tor crash/kill and restart

Running TBB on Windows. If tor.exe crashed or killled, browser shows a popup window and asks to restart it. After restarting tor, network works normally, but clicking on lock/onion icon in upper-left corner no longer shows "Circuit for this site".

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
