UX: multiple about:torconnect

TB 11.05a

• open with no connection
• the landing page is about:torconnect
• urlbar: click Not Connected, it opens another instance of about:torconnect
• keep clicking Not Connected
• enjoy :)

Shouldn't this be a bit more like about:preferences which doesn't allow multiple instances (via the hamburger menu: you can do it manually)
