Misc UI bugs in 11.0a10

@duncan and I have found a couple of UI issues (either missing patches from the original rebase, or broken in the migration to 91.3esr).

First up, we're not using the right icon in the identity block:

Icons are visible in the hamburger menu for 'New Identity' and 'New Circuit'
