@richard Instead of fixing this bug and proton-ifying the UI here, we may want to just consider removing the custom wingpanels and simply expanding the site information panel instead. What do you think?
Also, are there any other custom wingpanels like this that you can recall?

I vote we fix the immediate issue, and then come back to this later with a decision to either protonify or do something different.
I'm not aware of any other panels like these, though they're not quite 'custom' just legacy that we've brought forward. We probably want to use whatever new UI Tour functionality exists in firefox, but that will necessarily require a bunch of work updating all of our existing tour stuffs.
