Remove workaround for fixing --disable-maintenance-service build bustage

Our rambling cypherpunk pointed out that we actually can remove the cherry-picked WIP patch as the real patches for https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1728536 landed on 91.4.0esr.
