Remove YEC takeover from about:tor in next release

The Year End Campaign will be finished by the time we return to work on January 6th. The campaign takeover on about:tor should be reverted back to its previous state in the next release (11.0.4), save for the new and improved onion pattern (which we'd like to keep).
