Windows' built-in on-screen keyboard not working with Tor Browser

On frontdesk, we have received a report of the on-screen keyboard built into Windows 11 not working with Tor Browser.

under Windows 11, the automatic on-screen Keyboard won’t open in every Situation you need your Touchkeyboard. Settings seems to be right (that it should open). Can you help me? :)

I have followed up with ..

1. Is this the Windows' built-in on screen keyboard or another external app that you have downloaded?
2. Is this particular app working well with Firefox ESR 1 (on which Tor Browser is based)?

1. It's the Windows built-in on screen keyboard
2. In Firefox ESR, the built-in on screen is working.
