port fixes for Mozilla security advisory mfsa2022-09 to Android

context

• in #40826 (closed) ( resolved by 91bef72e & 6beb8204) we adopted upstream security patches from mozilla into tor-browser-91.7.0esr-11.0-1 ensuring they will be shipped in next desktop alpha (11.5a6) and stable (11.0.7) releases

• here we cherry-pick the same patches into geckoview so that we can ship them with next android alpha (11.5a7) and desktop/android stable (11.0.8) release
