[torconnect] Relabel "Connect" to "Try Again" when torconnect hits an error

The original designs in #40781 (closed) included just two options once torconnect hit an error: "Configure Connection..." and "Try a Bridge".

I've noticed in the newest builds that "Connect" is present too – I'm assuming this is so users can reattempt a regular connection without being forced into a bridge config?

I'm going to try and fix the UX here in #40781 (closed) by including the initial torconnect screen within the breadcrumb itself, but in the meantime – what do you think about renaming "Connect" on this screen to "Try Again"?:
