Hitting reload on about:torconnect produces an empty page in case of errors

After the changes on about:torconnect, it is not possible to reload/refresh on the error page, and the only way to see the contents again is restarting Tor Browser.

This happens also in the 11.5a9 alpha that we are going to release soon.
