[torconnect] Apply visual tweaks to breadcrumb styling

I've made some improvements to the breadcrumb tabs' colors, hover and pressed states to bring them more inline with the about:preferences tabs (albeit on a smaller scale), and have pushed these to the Proton library: Figma link

I think these look and work a little better in practice – see this screen here, for example: Figma prototype
