[torconnect] Highlight the UI elements in error red instead of the breadcrumb

The idea is to move the red error highlighting from the tab to the actions themselves, since this seems like a more useful place to draw the user's attention. Initially I kept the error highlighting in the breadcrumb too, but it was a little too much.
