[torconnect] Limit the extent of the "Show All Bridges" fade

Could we adjust the fade that leads to the "Show all bridges" button please? At the moment some of the bridge lines look disabled.

For ref – in Figma the fade only applies to the last item before the button, like so:

If that's not possible let me know and we can figure out something else :)
