Cleanup maps in tor-circuit-display

Currently browserToCredentialsMap, knownCircuitIDs credentialsToNodeDataMap maps always grow in the lifetime of browser window. We should clean this up for example when a tab is closed or in general when we are sure the info will never be used again.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
