Investigate why STIX Two becomes the default font on Linux

I wanted to use STIX Two instead of STIX by default, but it results in Firefox deciding to use it as a default font, both for content and for the UI.

For the moment, I've decided to keep the old STIX font, but we may want to debug this issue in the future.
