Investigate Burmese and Unicode/non-Unicode fonts
During the l10n hangout, we have been told that Burmese (if I understood correctly) might need Zawgyi-One or some other font that is not Unicode.
Erin (from the Localization Lab) told us that Myanmar has been isolated from the rest of the world for 30 years, and they developed their own input method and if I understood correctly Unicode fonts display these pages incorrectly.
So, they suggested to add Zawgyi-One to support these pages.
However, I am not sure we can distribute it (it may contain Tahoma glyphs, which are (c) all rights reserved of Microsoft). From the TTF file you can find on the Internet:
© 2005 Zawgyi.net & Alpha Mandalay. All rights reserved.
Tahoma is a trademark and copyrighted property of Microsoft Corp.
Myanmar glyphs are copyrighted by Zawgyi.net & Alpha Mandalay.
Zawgyi.net is not reachable, so no luck here.
We should first understand what the problem exactly is (from what I understood, they told us that some diacritics are rendered incorrectly), and see if we can find some open source font.
