Many bundled fonts are blocked in Ubuntu/Fedora because of RFP

Ubuntu is blocking a lot of the fonts we added in 11.5, plus a lot of fonts that we had already shipped before.

This is visible both with Thorin's fontview test, and in the console, which is not monospaced, see this screenshot @ma1 captured:

Please notice also the line about vis: I think we should disable the distro-id check for vis, as it is causing problems again.

On Debian it's looking alright:

Also in Mint is okay (Mint is based on Ubuntu, but has another distro-id, so it was immune also from the other monospace problem we had in December).
