Incomplete branding in German with 12.0a2

In Tor Browser 12.0a2 with the German localization XPI (extracted from langpacks-tor-browser-linux64-12.0a2.tar.xz) in Tails, branding is incomplete:

the frame title ends with "Mozilla Firefox"
in the Help menu, I see "About Firefox"

The branding works fine in English.
