Tor-ify notification bar gradient colors (branding)

The per-tab notification bar has currently very Firefoxy orange/yellow gradient.

Changing it to a more Tor-ish #00dbde 0% → #9a89ff 50% → #fc00ff 100% (per @duncan's suggestion), similar to the loading bar.
