Hide `Search for more languages...` from Language selector in multi-locale build

I don't think this option is necessary in the multi-locale build. It just opens the same modal as Set Alternatives anyway, albeit with a weird warning:

Instead of fixing the issue with the warning, I think we can just remove the Search for more languages... option from the Language selector entirely.
