Remove brand.dtd customization on nightly

Mozilla stopped localizing brand.dtd in nightly and unofficial with 859e2290.

But we kept customizing it, and it leads to build failure when we use packaged locales.

So, we should drop that part of our branding commit that conflicts with that commit.
