Hard-coded English "based on Mozilla Firefox" appears in version in "About" dialog

In the "about" dialog, we currently hard-code in the string "based on Mozilla Firefox". We should make this localizable, ideally using fluent since that is what firefox is using here.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
