Disable LaterRun

The feature is controlled by browser.laterrun.enabled.

It stores the profile creation time in browser.laterrun.bookkeeping.profileCreationTime.

It stores the number of times the browser has been used in browser.laterrun.bookkeeping.sessionCount.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
