Backport Android-specific Firefox 109 to ESR 102.7-based Tor Browser

Issues to investigate:

Android Specific:

  • https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1787034 : we don't technically need this, as it involves carrying permissions granted in non-private browsing mode over to private browsing mode; since TBA is always in private browsing mode this shouldn't affect us

Fixed in 107 but not 102.7

  • https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1538028 : complex to uplift and doesn't affect android
  • Memory Bugs:
    • https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1764974 : introduced in 104, 102 not affected
    • https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1798591 : introduced in 106, 102 not affected
    • https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1800446 : introduced in 108, 102 not affected
    • https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1801248 : 102 not affected
    • https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1802100 : 102 affected but only in test, could probably backport
    • https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1803393 : unclear, may be able to backport but it does not affect Android (widget:gtk component)
    • https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1804626 : introduced in 109, 102 not affected
    • https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1804971 : mozlila deemed too hard to backport to 102, the issue it fixes is v difficult to repro and we don't use webrtc in tor-browser so no backport
    • https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1807004 : introduced in 109, 102 not affected
