In 115, we're going to change "Bug 26353: Prevent speculative connect that violated FPI.", since the speculative connection is in its own function now.

Maybe we'll be able to drop this patch 🎉.

IIRC, the linter doesn't like early-returns, so we might add a check on AppConstants.
