wrong connect icons

!654 (merged) landed the wrong icons:

  1. connection-failure.svg should a broken globe, using context-stroke for the slash. It is instead a tor connection icon with a slash.
  2. connection-location.svg, using context-stroke for the pin. It is instead has no context-stroke.
  3. tor-connect-broken.svg should be a tor connection icon with a slash. It is instead a globe icon with a slash.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
