Audit the new local translation feature

Firefox 115 proposes automatic translations like Google Chrome, at least in Beta.

There's also an about:translations page.

What do you mean it proposes automatic translations?

I think it was a nightly-only feature, and somehow at the beginning of the rebase it was enabled also on Tor Browser (the issue is from beginning of June).

I don't have it in Firefox RR either, but I have it in my Firefox Nightly installation:

(it's in Italian, but it says: Do you want to translate this page? Translate from German, Translate to English)

So, moved to FF128-esr.

I don't know if this is the right ticket to comment this, but based on feedback from our Google Play Store reviews and user support channels, translation is a highly requested feature. Since most Tor exit nodes are located in the global north, websites often appear in German, French, Dutch, and English. Adding a translation feature will improve the user experience for Tor users in the Global South.
