firefox-android esr 115 introduced new nimbus use: they need to be disabled

while rebasing "de78f81daf1... Bug 40185: Use NimbusDisabled" it was discovered esr 115 had introduced new uses of Nimbus (such as in Settings.kt)

These all need disabling
