Connect button behavior in bridge dialogs is inconsistent in alpha

For Tor Browser 12.5 we added Connect buttons to the three bridge dialogs in Connection settings for users who haven't connected yet. However I've noticed each one behaves slightly differently:

• Built-in bridges: the connect button is present and clickable before selecting an option.
• Request a bridge: the connect button is disabled until the user starts solving the captcha.
• Add a bridge manually: in this case, we decided that the connect button should appear in place of the "OK" after something has been inputted in the text field.

Ideally the behavior across three should be consistent. Can we change "Built-in bridges" and "Add a bridge manually" to match "Request a bridge please" – i.e. disable the button until the dialog has received further input?
