Developer tools/Network/New Request remembers requests
On TBB 12.5.1, opening Developer tools, Network tab and then clicking on "New Request" causes address, headers, POST body to be autofilled with ones of previous request in other isolation domain or even after browser restart.

@cypherpunks can you provide specific repro steps/expected behaviour? Clicking around I can only get the 'New Request' fields to be populated if I right click on a previously sent request and click 'Resend' (though I'm not familiar with these particular browser tools).

Not yet specific, but my initial population happened from Resend, too. Then I restarted the browser, hit the New Request (plus icon) and the fields are the same. It seems to live as JSON in devtools.netmonitor.customRequest pref.
